1. Agreement and eligibility
These Terms form an agreement between you and Vivek Chaudhary trading as VektalNodes, India. You must be at least 13. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must permit your use of VektalNodes.
By registering, signing in, using the dashboard, or submitting an order, you accept the current Terms, Age Policy, and Privacy Policy.
2. Accounts and security
Provide accurate information, maintain one account unless expressly permitted, keep credentials secure, and promptly report suspected compromise. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless caused by a failure within our control.
Accounts, rewards, and free resources may not be sold, transferred, farmed, automated, or created to evade limits.
3. Free hosting and resource use
Free hosting depends on available shared capacity, renewals, account standing, and platform rules. Resources, supported software, nodes, limits, and renewal costs may change when reasonably necessary for security, stability, or sustainability.
Keep independent backups of important worlds and configuration. VektalNodes does not guarantee that every file, backup, plugin, world, or server will always remain available or recoverable.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not host malware, credential theft, botnets, denial-of-service activity, illegal content, or unauthorized copyrighted material.
- Do not attack, probe, bypass, overload, reverse engineer, or interfere with VektalNodes, its providers, panels, users, or nodes.
- Do not abuse advertisements, reward providers, referrals, coins, payment evidence, APIs, rate limits, or account restrictions.
- Do not impersonate others, submit fraudulent information, or use hosting to harass, exploit, or endanger people.
- Use plugins, mods, software, worlds, and files only when you have permission and a valid licence.
5. Coins, referrals, and rewards
Coins are platform credits, not money, property, cryptocurrency, or a cash balance. They are non-transferable unless a feature expressly permits it and have no guaranteed redemption value.
Fraudulent, automated, duplicated, reversed, or unverifiable reward activity may be denied, reversed, rate-limited, or investigated.
7. Refunds and billing disputes
Payments, coins, upgrades, and activated services are generally non-refundable except where a written offer states otherwise or applicable law requires a remedy. Contact us promptly about duplicate or unauthorized transactions so they can be reviewed.
8. Suspension and termination
We may restrict, suspend, remove, or terminate accounts, servers, files, rewards, or access when reasonably necessary for abuse prevention, security, non-payment, expired renewals, legal compliance, provider requirements, or material breach of these Terms.
Where practical, the dashboard or support channel will explain the affected service and available review path. Immediate action may be taken when delay would create risk.
9. Availability and responsibility
The service is provided on an as-available basis. We work to maintain reliable infrastructure but do not promise uninterrupted access, a particular latency, perpetual free capacity, or compatibility with every plugin, mod, launcher, or game version.
To the extent permitted by law, VektalNodes is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost game data. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.
10. Changes, governing law, and contact
These Terms are governed by applicable law in India. Material changes receive a new document version and renewed acceptance. Questions or formal notices may be sent to vektalnodes@gmail.com.
