1. Minimum age
You must be at least 13 years old to register or use a VektalNodes account. A person under 13 must not submit an account registration, use another person’s account, or provide personal data through the service.
2. Users aged 13–17
A user aged 13–17 must obtain permission from a parent or legal guardian before registering or using VektalNodes. The registration and login checkbox records the user’s confirmation that this permission exists.
Parents and guardians should review the hosting, community, payment, rewards, file-management, and public-server features with the minor.
3. Age attestation record
VektalNodes records the account, document versions, consent wording hash, authentication method, security-context hashes, and UTC acceptance time. Submitted passwords are never placed in the consent record.
We do not currently request a date of birth. The checkbox is a user attestation and is not described as independent age or guardian identity verification.
4. Parent or guardian requests
A parent or guardian who believes a child has created an account without permission should contact vektalnodes@gmail.com. We may request reasonable information to identify the account and verify the requester before taking action.
5. Policy updates
We may introduce stronger age or guardian verification if required by law, provider rules, or platform risk. Material changes receive a new version and require renewed acceptance.
